# Domain Inspector

> Check domain registration, DNS, and history.

Domain Inspector is a browser-based utility in MyBox for checking a domain's registration, DNS records, and archived history without opening several sites.

## What it checks

- Registration data from RDAP: registrar, registration and expiry dates, status, nameservers, and DNSSEC.
- DNS records over HTTPS: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, and TXT.
- Wayback Machine history: first and latest archived snapshots.

## How to use it

1. Enter a domain or URL.
2. Press **Inspect**.
3. Review the registration summary, DNS records, and archive links.

## Notes

- Results come from third-party sources and are cached for a few hours.
- A domain that is not found in RDAP is not necessarily available for registration.
- The page does not use paid domain APIs or scrape sites that disallow automated access.
- This Markdown twin is static. Open the interactive page for live lookups.
